I just listened to the first episode of Operation High Jump and half way through Hollow Earth. Found the secret diary of Adm Byrd and read it and had a striking epipany.. what if the demons were disguised to be these "blonde haired" beings (because Lucifer is a very beautiful being) and attempted to make a high ranking official, Byrd, to look like an idiot by giving him this crazy experience to tell the world. Meanwhile, the demons are just laughing it up like a joke. The government, knowing what Lucifer and his demons were up to, told Byrd to keep quiet about it to preserve his reputation and Byrd just never knew...

FYI, my grandfather was in the CIA and worked on the very first "pocket tape recorder" for pilots to use. This was year in the 1962. Found out through released CIA documents.
