I'm not entirely convinced inequality actually exists, My family was dirt floor poor growing up, I'm in noway high class now, but middle class for sure, it was hard work...I had 2 jobs for 3 years to get to a comfortable spot...and now, I don't really worry over finances, I think modern generations are the something for nothing kinds...they want 70k a year without actually working for it...class disparity is a myth pushed by the elite to convince us we can't succeed....ive never let ANYONE tell me I can't do something!

I'm a strong believer in that our politicians should only be paid when they are in session, and that wage should reflect the level of representation they give, as far as the general working class at large....im not college educated...I make 21 an hour running injection molding machines....my company starts at 18 an hour...I believe what you make financially, is completely up to you, alot of people forget about the trades, trade schools are relatively inexpensive...and your average apprentice makes 15-20 an hour....my dad is a master electrician...he averages 60 an hour....college is a scam, 90% of degree holders don't even work in the field of their education

Right, and I agree with you that minimum wage is low, but honestly, I've never worked a minimum wage job, my parents taught me real world skills, my dad was a mechanic and electrician, My mom worked the 2 acre garden and taught me farm skills. Even my first summer job, I was making 8 bucks an hour in 96', that was well over minimum wage at the time...in 2017 only 2.3 percent of the working population even made minimum wage! And those were almost all young people working their first job....the numbers just don't show the disparity in the social justice media

Taxes are another ball of wax, but as far as income goes, the average median household income in 2020 was almost 62,000 a year...which is as high as its ever been, I think the main problem with low income families isn't so much income disparity...so much as its using what money they do have, unwisely!
